The primary objective of the project is to develop a generator of realistic, coupled medium-term scenarios for key meteorological variables, with a direct impact on electricity and gas demand, as well as renewable energy generation, in Spain, Portugal, and France. In this first phase, the overall system is described and the input and derived variables are defined.
